Troutdale Brings Five-Star Catering To Eastman Kitchens

Troutdale Catering, a new business built upon the culinary expertise of the Troutdale Dining Room in Bristol, has been granted exclusive access for the management of The Lodge, Eastman Chemical's full-service, on-site catering facility.

The Lodge encompasses a large, climate controlled modern kitchen featuring advanced technology and quality cooking equipment. An adjacent ballroom accommodating 250 people is currently available for use by Eastman employees and fundraising activities.

Troutdale Catering was formed to expand the operations of the extraordinary catering abilities of the chefs of the Troutdale Dining Room. With the new location, Troutdale Catering is fully capable of providing dining services across the entire region from Roanoke to Asheville to Knoxville and of course among all the communities of the Tri-Cities and Mountain Empire.
